The dealership on Essington Ave.has given me excellent service since I've been going there. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
1. I travelled to Chapman Metro Nissan at 6723 Essington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19153 for 08:00AM appointment on Thursday, June 18, 2026.
2. I checked into the service department. I explained to service rep Chris Juaquee that engine light has been showing for over a month. I told him a computer code reader device indicated error code P0456. I told him I replaced gas cap and air filter as well which did not resolve issue.

The staff was very friendly . The dealership showroom was very clean . They offer free coffee . The waiting area was very clean had spaces to charge your phone . Even had vending machines just incase you needed a snack while you wait for you vehicle.

My most recent work at Chapmann Nissan was very satisfactory, especially the help of Mr. Dwayne Thompson. However, I have a serious complaint regarding my visit to Chapman Nisan earlier in April regarding a required annual vehicle inspection. On this occasion, April 13, I I believe I was overcharged about $900 and I a have not been able to obtain assistance on this matter. I am at a complete loss regarding how to resolve this. Paid to get ipdm which they said needed replacing left my deposit got a call about an hour later saying that the ipdm was not the problem so they charged 228$ for a diagnostics to tell me a problem that was known and refunded the rest the ipdm fixed itself I guess or just another misdiagnosis from Chapman Nissan And lied saying that they resolved the issue when I haven’t heard from them since

Communication was my issue. When Dwayne left for vacation and AJ left the dealership I had no one to contact who could help me find out about my Kicks repair. The positive was that whoever worked on the car with the sublet body shop actually knew what they were doing and fixed the issue. However, I had no feedback or explanation for a repair that cost $500. on my recent purchase. I would have liked a photo of repair. I would like to thank the tech also.
Warren was patient and very nice help me with my questions top stars for him. Tony was also very knowledgeable and answer questions about the finances for me. Those were very professional and made me feel comfortable.

took my 2019 Nissan Murano yo this dealership. Paid $200 for diagnosis and they told me my transmission went out and will cost 7K to fix but could not tell me what caused it or even what may have caused it only at 62,000 miles by the way..

I felt I did not need to pay for brakes. The axel malfunction caused that for my brakes. I have only had the vehicle since December. Brakes do not fade that fast especially since a January inspection. I really shouldn’t have paid for anything with the warranty, and apparently I owe an extra 400 for a Brake job. No I will be bringing my business elsewhere for that.
Daniel did an excellent job of detailing my vehicle. He gave me a realistic suggestion on the type of detailing he would be doing, the time frame it would take, the instructions on what to do after I receive the vehicle back, he even showed me the after effects of the dirt, debris and toxin water he abstracted. I was very impressed with his work.

My check engine light came on unexpectedly on a Saturday at that. I went to Chapman Nissan and had the pleasure of working with Danny. He got the guys to look at my Rogue and figure out why the light was on. He got back to me the same day and ensured me that my Rogue would be taken care of. I appreciate Danny for the hard work and dedication.
AJ was super helpful. He was communicative and clear about what was happening with my car. He handled all the communication with the warranty folks and made my life super easy!

Charges extremely high. Quoted for everything on the car to be repaired/replaced totaling over $3600.00. 3 different mechanics disagreed with Nissan diagnostic. Which I knew what the intial problem was beforehand. Almost $1500 for an alternator, ridiculous.
