This is the worst dealership ever. Refused to replace my washer motor although the car was still under manufacturer warranty. Referred me to consumer affairs and consumer affairs referred me back to the dealership stating that its was to their discretion. I always bought 1-2 year old cars still under manufacturer warranty and never had to deal with situations like that. Lousy customer service !

Refused to provide me a lease quote because I submitted too many inquired over a 1 year period. Sales manager called me to tell me there are plenty of Nissan dealers in the area and I can go lease a vehicle somewhere else. Then he hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Easy efficient scheduling, Front Desk for service was polite and friendly. Kudos for both of those two first impression contact. However, the actual service was absolutely awful. I left worse off than when I drove in. It was an easy request: reprogram one of my two my remote (clicker) fobs or order a new one for me. Took my 2012 versa on for two recalls, one was to repair airbags, second to repair suspension, since I was there I had then fix a defective inside door handle and got an oil change. I had a wonderful experience at Chapman Nissan. Julie, my sales associate made car buyings a pleasure. She was very attentive, informative, very respectful to my needs and most all extremely knowledgeable. I was actually there just shopping around because I hadn't yet made a decision between the Nissan or Honda, but after the great price, information and friendly service I received I was convinced that I wanted to be a Nissan Sentra owner. I would defiantly recommend this dealer to any one who may be thinking of purchasing a new or used car. My experience was overall good and my sales person Julie Thompson was excellent. Our overall experience with Chapman Nissan was a great one. The price of the vehicle was superb and our salesperson Julie Thompson was very attentive and helpful. She did everything right. I have been driving a mini van all of my life. My husband and I recently discussed the possiblity of purchasing a newer car. When we got to Chapman Nissan we instantly felt welcomed and at ease. I bought over the internet. Traveled 8 hrs. by bus to pick up vehicle. I was picked up at the bus depot on time and brought to the the dealer where the car was ready to go. There was a 150 dollar overcharge in the billing which I was refunded by mail to my surprise! honest people to do business with.
