The person who helped me did his job but the reason for my visit was not addressed! I came there because my car was having an issue that I already had checked so I knew exactly what the issue was. I left the dealer after spending over $200.00 for them to tell me the issue is exactly what I told them it was when I entered the facility. So in other words my issue was not resolved they reiterated what I knew charged me for that and then told me I would have to pay an additional $400.00 for them to do further testing. This makes no sense! I came in knowing what the problem was so they should have told me I needed to do the additional testing to pinpoint the exact location of the problem! Not charge me to tell me the problem again so now I spent money on the same thing twice and still need additional testing to locate the exact problem area.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. Everything was explained perfectly and staff was extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely use you again.

Dwayne happens to know a friend of mine. She actually works for Chapman. She calls to verify appointments. I never used a dealership for service before because I used to sell cars. I don’t know what your responsibilities are. I explained this to Dwayne when I first met him. And he has not disappointed me. We talk like we’ve known each other for years. I ask him for the truth and he shoots it straight back to me. I also like the idea of using the dealership to keep the remaining factory warranty intact. I also like using the dealership because my service history is easily accessible on the Nissan app, which I truly love.
